It combines QR-based instant incident reporting, AI-powered hazard analysis, gamification mechanics, and a hierarchical workflow system to help organizations proactively manage safety, reduce workplace incidents, and ensure full regulatory compliance.

Each employee receives a unique QR code on their badge. When they spot a hazard, they simply scan the QR code with their smartphone — no app download required thanks to our PWA technology. They can then take a photo or video of the hazard, add a description, and submit the report in under 10 seconds. The report is instantly routed to the assigned OHS expert for review.

Safety Voice integrates AI to automatically analyze uploaded photos for safety hazards. The AI can detect missing PPE (hard hats, gloves, safety vests), identify fire risks (blocked extinguishers, exposed wiring), recognize environmental hazards (wet floors, unsecured equipment), and assign automatic risk severity levels.

Yes! Our Starter plan is completely free and supports up to 10 users. It includes QR code reporting, basic analytics, the gamification system, daily OHS questions, and multi-language support (Turkish & English). It's perfect for pilot programs or small teams looking to digitize their safety processes before scaling up to our Professional or Enterprise plans.

Our gamification system rewards employees for actively participating in safety culture. Point values and badge tiers are configured by the OHS Expert specifically for each organization. Employees progress through badge levels and compete on the company leaderboard to become the OHS Ambassador. There is no penalty for rejected reports, encouraging fearless reporting.
